Korean Carrot Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6-8 carrots peeled into ribbons
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 tbsp peeled, grated garlic
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chili crisp
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients together, and enjoy!
